GrooveMail Review Next Generation Autoresponder

Hello there and welcome to my GrooveMail review! 

In this article, I’ll be going over everything GrooveMail related (or as much as I can possibly fit into it at least, with the information that we have available).

We’ll be going over what GrooveMail is, what it costs, what it can do, what it can analyze, contact capacity, features, and a lot more…so be sure to stick all the way through. ?

NOTE: GrooveMail will not be available until mid September 2020, and so, everything is not up to date, but be sure to check back by then, since I’ll be updating everything on the go, personally.

What Is GrooveMail?

GrooveMail is an email autoresponder, that will do everything you’d expect any autoresponder to do, but will also do it cheaper than many other autoresponder alternatives out there and with a more modern and crisp looking dashboard, design and user interface.

GrooveMail is one of the 14 core apps inside of the GrooveFunnels all-in-one marketing platform and will specifically allow you to do sequence automation, broadcasting, behavioral targeting, text and voice SMS broadcasting, list importing and more. 

The GrooveFunnels platform, of which GrooveMail is a part of, has 3 paid pricing plans (of which you can learn more about, here) as well as a free GrooveSell, GrooveAffiliate and GroovePages Lite account.

But GrooveMail is only available as part of any one of the paid plans. 

Regardless of the paid plan you’ve chosen though, GrooveMail allows you to have up to 10,000 contacts free, that you can mail absolutely for free.

This means that GrooveMail, would cost you $99/month minimum, for up to 10,000 contacts. 

This is of course, on top of every other tool you’ll get with each plan! 

So in a sense you get an email marketing platform, but also a video hoster, membership creator, funnel and website builder, seller account and affiliate account (and additional tools on the other plans) added on top, when you decide to get GrooveMail.

Of course, GrooveMail will be more valuable for people who have a bigger list, versus those who are just starting out…but it’s like every product out there, there is a clear target audience for it. If you’re included in that audience, then GrooveMail is a great deal!

If you decide to mail every day, you’ll be able to mail around 300.000 emails per month, without paying anything additional, which is pretty cool. 

But what about people who have bigger lists?

Well, if you have a bigger email list (bigger than 25 thousand leads), then you’ll want to contact GrooveDitigal for an increased sending quota.

There is a hard cost to sending emails, but GrooveDigital will pay for you to host up to 10 thousand contacts and email them every day.

However, the Co-Founder of GrooveFunnels, Mike Filsaime, has mentioned that the cost of sending to more than 10,000 email contacts will be probably a third of what you’d spend in other email marketing platforms like MailChimp or ActiveCampaign. ?
 

Comparing GrooveMail, to some of the cheaper autoresponder solutions out there like Getresponse, it’s already cheaper to use GrooveMail (if you’re up to 25,000 leads, that is) GetResponse charges around $149/month, for the same amount of contacts as GrooveMail does.

$149/month is what you’d be paying for that amount of contacts on the LOW end, but it can for sure become more expensive with other more robust Softwares like ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit (hitting the +$200/month mark). 

Of course, depending on the number of contacts that you have, you’ll be better off choosing one or the other. Personally, I’ve already canceled my GetResponse account, and am waiting in the wings for GrooveMail to be available. ?

Integrations

Another really cool thing to note with GrooveMail, (as with all the other GrooveFunnels apps) is that they all the tools integrate and “talk” with each other.

• This means, for example, that if someone saw one-half of one of the videos you created with GrooveVideo, you can send them an email follow-up with GrooveMail to remind them to see the remaining part of the video.
  
  
• If you’re scheduling a call with GrooveCalendar, you can send them an email with GrooveMail to let them know when the event is happening. Same is true with GrooveWebinar and webinars.
  
  
• If you’re sending customers over to a membership created with GrooveMember, you can send them a login message with GrooveMail.
  
  
• GrooveMail will also integrate with the pages you create with GroovePages, so as to add email capture pages and such.

Etc etc.

So basically, all of the apps work with each other, and you don’t need to hop around the web, loving into different apps and dashboards..you get to have everything inside of 1 dashboard. 

When Will GrooveMail Be Available?

GrooveMail will be available to the public by mid September 2020, and is now currently being built and refined.

I’m personally a GrooveFunnels backer member, and have access to all of the future apps and features within the platform. as such, I’ll be updating all of the resources in this website to reflect the current situation, when it comes to GrooveFunnels and all of the apps.

Can You Get GrooveMail For Free? Is There A GrooveMail Free Trial?

Unfortunately, and at this moment in time, there is no actual way for you to get GrooveMail for free, and there is no GrooveMail free trial available either. GrooveMail will be available only for paying members of the GrooveFunnels platform, on any one of the different plans.

There is however a way for you to get a lifetime GrooveFunnels account for a one-time price, and never pay any monthly subscriptions

Ever. Again.

This gives you access to all of the tools, current and future, for a crazy price that is half what you’d pay in 1 year, for it. 

GrooveFunnels could cost you $1,188/year, $2388/year or $3588/year on the different plans…but with the lifetime membership upgrade, you’ll be paying less then what you’d pay for 1 year…and get the COMPLETE platform for a 1 time price.

This makes GrooveMail (and the funnel builder, webinar builder, blog builder, membership builder…and everything else) “Free” for life!

It’s a great deal, the product is amazing and you get to become a GrooveFunnels pioneer member or “backer” like me! (and many others). ?

What’s Next?

So since GrooveMail will not be coming out until mid September 2020, there is no way for me to do a complete walkthrough until it has, but hopefully this GrooveMail review, was a good enough starting point.

As you see, GrooveMail and GrooveFunnels, have a great team behind it, and have created a very stellar product for sure.

When it comes to GrooveMail, it’s a great option for most people with a big list, because it’ll already be cheaper than most alternatives out there, and they will save you a TON of money if you have an even bigger list.

At the same time, it’s a great starting point for beginners, because it gives you a great suite of tools, since with GrooveMail, you’ll be getting at the bare minimum, a funnel and website builder, a video hoster, membership creator and a sales and affiliate account.
