GrooveVideo Review. Premium Video Hosting Tool

Looking to learn more about GrooveVideo? You’re in the right place!

In this article, I’ll be going over the very impressive “GrooveVideo” video hosting tools, from the software platform GrooveFunnels, from top to bottom.

I’ll be going over, what it is, what it does, what it can replace, how you can use it, all of the different features, option, and much more, so that hopefully, you get a better grasp of what you can accomplish with it.

With that said, let’s dive right in!

GrooveVideo

What Is GrooveVideo

GrooveVideo is a video hosting and video analytics tools, created by the company GrooveDigital, and is one of the many tools within the GrooveFunnels platform.

I’ve extensively covered the GrooveFunnels platform, in my complete review article, here if you’re interested to learn more about it.

But basically GrooveFunnels is an all in one digital marketing platform, that allows you to do everything from email marketing, to webinar hosting, membership sites, funnels and sales pages, websites, and of course…video hosting (as well as many other things).

GrooveVideo, in particular, allows you to upload your own videos to the tool, and will let you track analytics on these. It’ll allow you to host all of your videos and content, and keep it brandable, without you having to use a third-party tool.

So it’ll be something similar to a paid upgrade to something like Vimeo or Wistia except cheaper, and with all of the benefits.

The cool thing about this tool, is that it’ll allow you to tag viewers, based on behaviors.

So say a person watched “2 minutes” of your video, but then left, because of “X, Y, Z” reason.

Well…you can actually tag that person through GrooveVideo, and then do something like, send an email (through your email autoresponder, or the integrated GrooveMail) and follow up that way.

Apart from that of course, you’ll be able to use the videos inside GrooveVideo, to add and embed onto your websites and funnels, like videos on GrooveMember, sales videos on your GroovePages pages or on your blogs through GrooveBlog

Here is a little sneak peek of GrooveVideo:

You’ll also be able to do split-testing, you’ll be able to control the player control, you’ll be able to see analytics, engagement, you’ll be able to see your playlist, modify the splash image and a lot more.

What’s Inside GrooveVideo?

As you access the GrooveVideo tool from within your GrooveFunnels dashboard (if you don’t have an account, you can create one here fo free) you’ll be able to see, on the left side of the screen, 3 different options/buttons.

These are:

  • Home: This button will take you over to the different stats of your videos (compbined). You’ll be able to see, impressions, finished, seconds watched…and so on.

  • Videos: This is where all the magic happens! This button will allow you to create new videos and show you the videos that you have added in a gallery view. You’ll also be able to edit videos (call to actions, displays, settings, name) delete videos, get the embed codes and handle integrations.

  • Analytics: This section will show you the individual stats for all of the videos: Impressions, Uniques Finishes, Total Time Watched, as well as Date of creation. You can filter through each of these.

Once you’re happy with your video, you can head over to the video section, click on the little button at the bottom of the video you’ve made, and copy the embed code that you can then add onto your sites and pages, as you can see from the image below.

How Much Does GrooveVideo Cost?

GrooveVideo is part of the GrooveFunnels suite of tools, and is not sold individually, but instead sold as part of a bundle.

Thus, to be able to get GrooveVideo, you’ll have to sign up to any one of the paid plans, starting at the $99/month plan,

The GrooveFunnels silver plan ($99/month plan) not only gives you GrooveVideo, it also gives you an integrated autoresponder (up to 25k contacts) in GrooveMail, an online selling platform and marketplace in GrooveSell and GrooveAffiliate, a membership building platform GrooveMember, and the website, sales page and funnel builder GroovePages.

These tools, collectively cost much more than $99/month (and in some cases individually cost more) which means that you’ll be saving a lot of money on other tools, where you to just pick up GrooveFunnels.

If you’re only interested in a video hosting tool and nothing else, then I’d recommend you check out something like Wistia, although it might be cheaper just to go for GrooveFunnels and get every other tool in addition to it.

Is There A GrooveVideo Free Trial?

Unfortunately, there is no real “free trial” for GrooveVideo, as of yet.

When it comes to “free” GrooveFunnels tools, the closest thing, is the GrooveFunnels free base account, which you can get here.

There has been talk within the GrooveFunnels Facebook group, about having a “free trial” version of all of the GrooveFunnels tools (that are not currently free) some time down the line, although that has yet to be confirmed.
