You may have been left jobless, or you may have an emergency that needs to be paid for, or you might just simply be looking for other alternatives to help you out, as you wait for times to get better.

Well, it turns out, that having control of your money means you have control over a very important part of your life. More money equals more control.

But this is nothing new…

So for this reason (and many more), you’ll probably benefit enormously from the next strategies in which we will teach you how to make $200 a day (more than enough for anyone in the world to live comfortably and even incur some luxuries).

Online tutoring is a great way to make $200 a day from home (although it might take you a little time to get there).

You see…everyone knows something about something, and there are a LOT of people who will gladly pay, to save themselves the time of learning everything by themselves and on their own…and learn it from someone who has already been there themselves instead.

You can take advantage of this by signing up to an online tutoring platform, and start selling your expertise. You can check out sites like tutor.com, tutoroo (for languages) and tutorme.com.

If you want to tap into an industry with a large projection for growth (education has already become mostly online oriented anyways), make sure to see if you can teach something to children and young people, in particular. 

But even then, you can teach whatever you want regardless, because people are constantly willing to learn. You can teach design, programming, singing, electronics, maths…whatever you want.

Become A Driver

Full disclosure…I don’t know how to drive so I cant’ talk too much about this strategy.

But for those who do, have some extra time, and a car of your own, you can spend your free extra time by becoming a driver for Uber or Lift and getting paid for it.

The best times to drive are during evenings and weekends since there are a lot of people hiring drivers at these times. Also, you can drive during peak hours since there is a premium these platforms charge during those hours in particular too.

For those people that enjoy driving and meeting new people, I’m sure you’ll find this side hustle to be a very fun and entertaining one.

On top of that, some of these platforms give you the potential to earn more by giving you a bonus as a first-time driver. That being said, you can expect to earn more than $200 per day on a busy day as it stands. 

The important thing here is that your car meets the requirements they ask for, when you’re applying to become a driver in the first place, and that you’re up to date with the policies and other legal stuff.

Doing Online Surveys

This one is one of the all time favorites because it requires little effort from your part. It’s a little bit harder to make it to $200 each day with surveys, since the barrier of entry is so low and you usually don’t need too much expertise to do them…

That said, surveys are still not something to scoff at. 

If you just get to answer a few questions about a product, give your opinions, and answer questions, some companies will be more than glad to give you a monetary incentive. The best part is that there is no end to the demand.

An important site is Survey-Junkie in which you can start earning money right away. A few other good ones are Swagbucks (which has been around for a long time), and Survey Monkey.

Like I was mentioning, making $200 a day with online surveys can take a bit of time to get to, since they aren’t very scalable…but they’re an okay method to implement for some additional cash.

Website Testing

Along the same line as the previous strategies on how to make $200 a day…is testing websites. 

A great thing about this task, is that it’s done exclusively online and you don’t have to leave your home to do it, at all. That’s the beauty. 

But how does this work?

Well, companies often perform what is known as “A/B testing”. This means that they will have two or more designs for their website and they want to know which one will give them the most amount of conversions or sales.

Thus, it is profitable for them to give you a one time (and sometimes hefty payment) in exchange for them knowing which of those designs will give them thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars in earnings.

You will be rating simple things such as how much you like the site, how easy it is to use, if you struggled to find the contact section or opening hours, if the design was slow, if you were at all confused or not…basically you’ll be asked to tell them what your experience was with the website. 

A really good website that pays for website testing, is one called UserTesting.com. I’ve personally used this website before, and it has worked fine.

Rent a Room in Your Home

Renting a room in your house, is an awesome way to make some extra income.

Now, generally speaking you’ll most likely not be making $200 a day renting out one single room (although you can) but if you can somehow find multiple rooms to rent out, at the same time or maybe rent the weekends or for a whole month while you’re out on vacations, you 100% can.  

Whatever the case may be, you can advertise your room somewhere like the newspaper or by putting signs on posts in the street…but mostly you’ll want to use sites like Airbnb or HousingEverywhere.com.

Personally, I LOVE HousingEverywhere. It’s like an Airbnb, but it’s more geared towards long term stay, and not so much for vacations or getaways, so you as a landlord, have more options.

If you happen to live in a quiet area, don’t forget to highlight this. On the other hand, if you live in the city, let it be known that you live near more popular areas. Almost all homes have features that can be attractive to potential renters so always point these out! 

Becoming a Freelancer

Freelancing is one of the best, most popular ways to make $200 a day doing multiple gigs and jobs either online or off line (it’s mostly online now though).

With the world heading more and more to being completely online oriented, more and more people are in need of services. And that is where you come in, as a freelancer working for yourself.

“Freelancing” can be a lot of different things such as writing, editing, proofreading, or doing any work you are good at, or have skill in.

Pretty much anybody can become a freelancer. I mean, any person that is a good reader can write, edit, and proofread. Even if you don’t like reading, you can still begin engaging in these activities and in a short time you will be capable of providing a good service to people interested in hiring you.

Trust me, I wouldn’t have considered myself to be any good at writing, for example, a few months back (and I hated reading). 

Another awesome thing about freelancing is that you can do it from wherever and whenever you want (which is a lot of peoples dream). You can freelance during weekends or weekdays. You can do it from your home and you don’t have to relate to other people directly (in case that’s not something you like to do, I don’t ).

A great place to start, is to join a freelance platform like Upwork.com or Fiverr.com. There is a ton of jobs available and people looking for you. You can start small, and very quickly build your way up to that $200 a day, with just a few jobs per day.

Selling Used Items

Although you may not be able to do this forever, selling used items that you own, is an amazing way to make fast money. 

I’ve recently sold my personal collectible card collection, for around $1400. And even though it really hurt me, because I had been collecting them since around 2004…it was still free money that I had, stored in items that I owned.

Check out what things in your home you aren’t using and then decide to sell them either online, promoting them to friends, through social media, or by doing a garage sale. Selling things that you own, that you no longer want is highly effective, and you’ll never know what the results might be until you try it.

Usually, the first ones will give you more profits since people expect things sold on garage sales to be very inexpensive. If you have plenty of stuff, you can easily make $200 each day for a few days.

And even if you run out of things to sell, you can still get your hustle on by doing retail arbitrage (aka flipping). It’s not only fun, but it’s also massively lucrative and highly addicting (but in a good way).

Walking Pets

Walking pets can be an extraordinary side hustle, and you can make a bunch of money doing it. Cash making apps like Wag! (amongst many others), let’s you connect easily with pet owners that don’t have the time to walk them themselves so that you can take “matters into your own hands”…so to speak. 

The good thing about pet walking is that it doesn’t require you to have experience of any kind of kind (although you’ll maybe want to test the waters out with one dog at a time in the beginning).

This kind of side hustle, is probably best for individuals that live in big cities, where most of the people don’t have time and they’re actively looking for someone to take care of their pet for a while. Also, suburbs where elderly people live, are also a good target. These people often need help with their pets too.

Personally, I’d probably not stick to the app too much in the beginning. You’d probably be best trying to get referrals and looking for people in your social circle first, since these are the most likely to offer you their pets to take out (and might be willing to pay a lot more too). 

Once you’ve gotten some experience under your belt, you can walk multiple dogs at once, and make a lot more than $200 per day doing so.

Of course, there are a bunch of other strategies and methods out there but these are just a few of them.

As you can see, they aren’t necessarily the hardest things to do in the world. Something as simple as selling products that you already own or teaching something that you know to someone who doesn’t…will get you a long way.

You might have thought that it would be hard for you to make more money because you don’t have a University education, the skill or the know-how to make it happen, but as you might have noticed, that is simply not the case.
